(More customer reviews)I purchased this toaster because it's one of the nicest looking ones around.The downside is the 4 slice model is defective.The wires that heat up and toast the food were somehow on the wrong side of the interior wall.So rather than quickly toasting food, it would slowly cook it into something rock hard.I returned the product and noticed the design defect across all the 4 slice toasters of this model.The 2 slice model was not defective.
