(More customer reviews)I bought this toaster oven in early January and by the second week of September - after very moderate use - it had died. I used it to make toast most mornings and 1-2 times a week used the broiler or oven function for fries or things like tuna melts. One day when I turned it on there was a strange, chemical, burning smell and it just stopped working. My previous toaster oven (different brand) worked great for over a decade - wish I could replace it!
