(More customer reviews)My old toaster (cuisinart) toasted unevenly and although it had a bagel button, crisped both sides of the bagel when I used it.This toaster does a great job with toast as well as bagels (the cut side is toasted and the other side is warm).I freeze pre-cut bagels and by using the defrost function and pushing the bagel button, the frozen bagels are perfectly done!The crumb tray is easy to remove and clean.The only reason this doesn't get a 5 is design...it's a little bulkier than my last toaster, although I love the stainless finish!
