(More customer reviews)After suffering from lowsy toast for years (had a cuisanart 4 slice toaster and a DeLongi toaster oven), I am so pleased to have a real appliance, that I believe will be the last toaster I have to buy.There are two things I didn't realize when I bought the toaster that might annoy folks.1.you have to make a choice of toasting two or four slices of toast.If you want to make one slice, the toast isn't evenly toasted.There is a setting for two slices or four.If you are a small family get the two slice toaster. 2.There is a mechanical sound while the toaster is running.It doesn't bother me, but it might annoy someone else.Otherwise, This is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
