(More customer reviews)I like this device. I haven't tried baking bread in it yet, but if it succeeds at that I might up my score to 5 stars. But, after reading an earlier review warning that the temperature settings are unreliable, I bought an oven thermometer and tested it myself. Sure enough, if I set the bake temperature to 300, or 350, or 450, it "pings" and starts counting down, as though it had actually reached the target temperature, when my oven thermometer registers about 200. It takes another 10 minutes to reach 350, and another 20 minutes to reach 450. So now I preheat the oven until my oven thermometer reaches the temperature I want, and then I put in the food to bake.
What I like: the easy to clean crumb tray.
Being able to alter temperature and time settings even after the device has started heating.
The pop-out middle tray setting.
The fact that the machine shuts off when the time I've set has counted down. My Cuisinart would "ping" when the timer reached zero but it wouldn't shut off.
The larger interior volume.
